7 Day Mandali Experience Special

About the New Year’s Retreat

We all made it through another wild and unpredictable year. Time to decompress, recollect and connect.

New Year’s meditation and community retreats offer a space to transition into the new year with intention, mindfulness, and connection rather than the noise of traditional celebrations. These retreats typically combine silent meditation, yoga, specialized workshops, and community gatherings, providing a chance to rest and reflect. We will move our bodies, breathe, and realign with nature. You’ll also nourish yourself with qi-gong, and deeply replenishing food. You’ll exhale the year behind you and root into the one ahead.

Re-imagining a New World – the one we long for, the one we practice

We invite you to settle and recharge. This year’s theme is the power of community, collective creation, music and rhythm. We will feature inspiring workshops led by Nishta and Evangelos, guiding you through conscious movement, creative exploration, and practices that awaken both body and soul. A special highlight this year is the presence of Mauro, a gifted Italian drummer and musician whose work carries both depth and joy. He will lead drumming workshops and assist us in crossing the threshold into 2027 with music, connection, and celebration.

To see change in the world, you must first embody that change you wish to see.  Mandali is the perfect place to practice and reimagine what it means to be a conscious human being living in an everchanging uncertain world.

We look forward to welcoming you—to gather in real time, in real presence, and to step together into a new year full of unlimited potential and magic.

Don’t just imagine a better world. Move it. Breathe it. Share it with others.
