Bone Lhamokyap ལྷ་མོ་སྐྱབས and Valentina Mango are a married creative partnership
bringing together music, traditional craftsmanship, meditation, movement and healing-oriented
practices, with a deep connection to nature and cultural heritage. Their work is rooted in their life
on the Tibetan Plateau, where they explore how sound, breath, movement and mindful
awareness can support connection, presence and a sense of inner wellbeing.
Bone Lhamokyap ལྷ་མོ་སྐྱབས is a musician, singer, composer, craftsman and founder of
SREINA བསེ་རུ་ལུང་།, originally from Gannan on the Tibetan Plateau. He carries the cultural
heritage of the nearly extinct Shongomah སྲུང་འགོག་དམག། people, blending traditional
Tibetan and ethnic influences with contemporary electronic sound. A multi-instrumentalist,
Bone works with guitar, handcrafted flutes, keyboard, chanting and meditation, and creates his
own flutes, bird and eagle whistles from natural materials such as bamboo and wood.
For Bone, making an instrument is itself a meditative practice: an intuitive process of listening to
the natural resonance of the material and exploring the relationship between breath, vibration
and sound. His music invites people to experience sound not only through listening, but through
the body, creating spaces for stillness, grounding and connection.
Valentina Mango is the founder of Time After Time, a cultural and transformative platform
creating immersive experiences across Europe and Asia. With a background in
communications, marketing, events and cultural programming, she has spent many years
creating spaces where people can connect through culture, creativity, mindful living and
personal exploration.
A certified Ikigai Life Coach, Valentina works with people exploring questions of purpose,
direction and meaningful change. She is also a practitioner of Tibetan meditation and yoga,
incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, movement and Himalayan-inspired practices into her
retreats and workshops. Her approach is centred on creating supportive spaces where people
can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore new possibilities with greater awareness
and compassion.
Together, Bone and Valentina create experiences that bring together sound, meditation,
movement and cultural exchange as pathways towards greater presence and wellbeing. Their
intention is not to present Tibetan culture as something distant or purely traditional, but to share
elements of a living culture in ways that can be personally experienced and felt.
Through music, handmade instruments, meditation, movement, storytelling and embodied
practices, they create a space where tradition and contemporary creativity can meet naturally.
Their intention is simple: to open a small window into their world and invite people to experience
it for themselves, with curiosity, presence and joy.
