People in responsible positions know the tension between professional commitment and personal development. And many wonder how to find the balance between professional activities and personal needs. The Zen practice is ideal for focusing on what is good for us and on what is really important to us. This is how we come to clear thinking and acting, more power and creativity, better concentration, more patience, more compassion and ultimately constructive thinking.
