“Nishta” means trust — and trust is where my path begins.

As a child, I would often sleep outside beneath a vast Texas sky, stars pouring their light into me until I dissolved into something greater than myself. That early taste of boundlessness awakened a lifelong search of the mystery, for wisdom, and the human experience.

A chameleon of sorts, a curious observer of the psyche, and a lifelong student of aliveness, I continue to explore the beautiful complexity of being human. Eventually, I stepped beyond my Southern Native American–Italian roots in search of deeper questions: How do we hold the ache in our heart? What shapes our inner world? How to wake up from this dream? Where is our true home?

These questions led me into decades of study in psychology, therapeutic work, embodiment, and contemplative practice. At 28, I entered the Dharma path through the Ridhwan School of the Diamond Approach — a contemporary path devoted to presence, inquiry, and the unfolding of essential human nature. Deeply immersed for many years in the transformative teachings of Osho, I have continued to explore the meeting point between awakening, embodiment, emotional truth, and the responsibility that freedom requires.

Over the last seven years, I have entered into the teachings and unique practices of Vajrayana Buddhism & Western Mysteries within the Namgyal lineage, deepening my commitment to meditation, compassionate service, and awakening within this lifetime.

I am a certified Behavioral Money Coach and a certified teacher with Open Floor International, with more than 25 years of embodiment and movement practice. My studies continue to evolve through Integral Theory and its’ Stages of Development. I am currently training with an American therapist known for his work in shadow integration, flow states, and the evolution of love within human relationships.

The extraordinary teachers throughout my life have become my compass. My teaching style is heartfelt, humorous, and fiercely clear. Through movement, mindfulness, healing arts, inquiry, and matters of the heart, I invite people into deeper states of presence and truth.

Experiencing life in its totality is what keeps me awake — and what I offer to others who long to wake up fully. Transformation is not a destination but a rhythm: a continual unfolding. To be human is to awaken — raw, radiant, imperfect — and that, to me, is the precious gift of our humanity.

Together with my beloved husband Evangelos, who keeps me from falling asleep at the wheel of life, I co-founded Four Ways to Freedom. Together we live, love, and teach across the globe, exploring conscious relationship, embodied awakening, and service to a more compassionate world.

Most days, you’ll find me somewhere between silence and song — grounded in inquiry and dancing beside the hills and rivers of home.
