Mandali Experience
Designed for everybody, experienced or beginners, the experience combines guided meditation, yoga, periods of silence and group sessions.
Our home-made program, simple and yet profound experience of 3 or 5 days of retreats where yoga and meditation are used as pathways to raising self-awareness, growth, to spark a clear mind and an open heart. Although the program is optional we invite guests to take full benefit of their time here and participate in all of the classes. We favor small groups (up to 25 participants) to offer individual approaches.
