Yoga and Meditation Retreat with Manuela Peverelli accompanied by Maureen Genner for Mantra chanting.

A retreat is encouraging to become still and gain insight into the often, chaotic or fatuous inner landscape.

The gift that Yoga as a path of liberation - on the gross as on the subtle level - has to offer is to recognize and acknowledge our own responsibility of experiencing freedom in our mind, vitality in our body and harmony in our relationships. The ability of an individual to feel satisfaction and long-lasting fulfillment is directly related to that person's capacity and willingness to face the tumultuous inner confusion, insecurity, fear, sadness and despair.

Discovering the fundamental heart qualities such as compassion, generosity, patience, loving-kindness and the ability to forgive are crucial to develop an ongoing peaceful and resilient relationship to whatever life confronts us with.

Being nestled into a restoring environment, held and elated by a Sangha of like-minded people, nourished from healthy food and guided with sensitivity and a sense of humor this Mandali Retreat offers the opportunity to transform as well as to regenerate from the challenges of life.

In this Yoga and Meditation retreat all practices, such as Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Chanting, aim to liberate any destructive attachments and strong sense of self-identification. We will hold silence all the way until lunch time and again after the evening Meditation & Chanting. Every morning we contemplate another heart-mind quality, which we intend to embody as well in the Asana practice.

The Asana practices – in the morning invigorating and empowering, in the afternoon gentle and restoring – emphasize the embodiment of our intentions. Asanas are a great learning field for letting things evolve from the inside out, rather than performing them just on the outside.

In this Retreat Maureen Genner, a Kirtan singer and close friend of Manuela, will share her love and talent for expressing the spiritual path through singing and music.

Price per person for the tuition (excl. accommodation and meals): Euro 580.

Accommodation and food need to be booked & paid separately, directly at Mandali.

The costs for the accommodation and food start at Euro 660 on the basis of 6 nights in a Hermitage room (up to 3 people) at the Mandali Retreat Centre and full board (3 vegetarian meals per day). Twin/double room or single room is possible at extra charge: Twin/double starting from Euro 768 per person, single starting from Euro 882 per person.

This Retreat is suitable for students with a regular Yoga practice of minimum two years and the readiness and interest in subtle practices like Meditation and Pranayama.

All classes will be taught in English.
