Every now and then we become playful with our in-house program "Mandali Experience", and offer a week of celebration. This retreat is designed for you who wish to get more from your experience and explore a wider range of classes.

In addition to our program of daily yoga, meditation, and QiGong practice, we are offering a unique creative experience with Colors of Healing: a Painting Workshop. In this special edition of the Mandali Experience we are joined by Sahaja Kunkunate, an Italian artist and teacher, who will be guiding us through a joyful process to reawaken our creativity, including music, movement, guided meditations, and playful interaction with others.


It’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish. This is a playful, heart-warming experience where we satisfy your curiosity and get a great opportunity to celebrate life!

You will also have free time where you can enjoy our body-care center and get a healing massage, spend some quiet time in the sauna, or have a lovely stroll on the mountain. And perhaps most importantly take some time to rediscover what’s really important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.

Colors of Healing: Painting Workshop with Sahaja Kunkunate


Painting is a powerful tool for connecting with our inner world. The paintings created in this workshop will not be planned as ambitious masterpieces, but rather as the result of a deep process in which we will reveal layers upon layers of ourselves. We will overcome the fear of expression and judgment, reconnecting with our original source of creativity, which may have been blocked by our education and upbringing.

We are inherently creative, but sometimes we forget this, living our lives on autopilot. Playfulness, experimentation, celebration, and self-inquiry are the keys to our colorful journey together, during which we will rediscover our innocence and curiosity toward the arts and the art of relating.

Through special exercises, music, movements, guided meditations, and interaction with others, we will reawaken our creativity, gain insights, find fulfillment, have fun, experience joy, and blossom like flowers in the refreshed garden of our souls.

Sunday - The Flow of Colours
Explore inner creativity through spontaneous floor painting, embracing authenticity and dissolving limitations with music and self-inquiry.

Monday (Morning) - Open to Others
Discover new dimensions of creativity through trust-building exercises with closed eyes, using others as mirrors for artistic breakthroughs.

Monday (Evening) - Yin Yang
Embrace darkness in art and life, befriending shadows and adding depth and mystery to your paintings.

Tuesday (Morning ) - Beyond Comfort Zones
Challenge creative boundaries, open up to unaccustomed colors and shapes, and embrace collective creativity, trusting in something greater than your individual identity.

Tuesday (Evening) - Group Painting
Reconnect with childhood joy, spontaneity, and surprise through playful art, laughter, and exploration.

Wednesday (Morning) - Painting in Nature
Explore intuitive painting in nature, connecting with Mother Earth, inviting natural elements into your artwork, and embracing wild creative forces.

Wednesday (Evening) - Painting Around the Fire
Chant, paint, and participate in a transformative fire ritual to connect with your heart's qualities, passion, and energy.

Thursday (Morning) - Final Exhibition
Share your healing journey and discoveries through an art exhibition, stand for your beauty, and experience conscious living.

Thursday (Evening) - Gifts in Circle
Create heartfelt cards in a circle, exchanging love and intentions through art, nurturing connections with others.
