The ‘Mandali Experience’ is our signature in-house retreat programme, designed for those who wish to take a break from the daily demands of life, reconnect to themselves, and truly rest. Guided by our skilled and inspiring team of teachers - this programme encourages you to find your own natural rhythm and discover the joy of simplicity through yoga, meditation, self-care and connection to nature.

“Magical Mystery Dance” Workshop with Pio Campo

The workshop aims to awaken the creative potential that is often dormant within us and to unleash the joy of free movement through simple yet extremely powerful images that naturally translate into dance. The journey is open to all those who wish to listen to themselves and communicate through the language of the body, and are eager to rediscover the pleasure of transformation, a natural condition of life.
How much time do we really dedicate to ourselves? Do we recognize deeply the necessity to be in touch with our essence where our breathing, our physical structure and our intimate dreams can become a creative movement? The awakening of our dancing soul is called in this experience in a state of profound, spiritual unity so that a new humanity can appear as a clear sign of renovation and faith. Like a light shining for the world we will dance our desire of connection, liberation, joy. How beautiful is to feel inside:

Lovingly curated for everybody, this programme offers the following:

  • Twice daily, guided meditations
  • Twice daily, Yoga and/or Qi-Gong*
  • Periods of silence
  • Nature walks
  • Open themed sessions curated by our teachers
  • Access to the nourishing Body Care Centre (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room)
  • Delicious, freshly prepared vegetarian meals
*Qigong is only offered when explicitly stated on the schedule which is given on arrival

On arrival, you will be welcomed as a group to get to know the participants & teachers, learn about the programme, as well as information about Mandali’s stunning surroundings. You may also plan for a gentle walk by visiting the front desk, to learn about trails and points of interest in the area. From there, it’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the programme as you wish.

This precious time for yourself invites you to find and follow your own pace throughout the retreat. Wake up to join an early morning class, or choose to sleep in and enjoy a quiet leisurely breakfast. Take a dip in the hot tub overlooking the lake, relax in the comfort of your cosy room, meditate on your veranda, or enjoy a walk in our beautiful grounds. This is your time.
