Mandali Experience Special October 2025
Every now and then, we become playful with our in-house program, the Mandali Experience, and offer a week of celebration. This retreat is designed for those who wish to get more from their experience and explore a wider range of classes.
In addition to our daily yoga, meditation, and Qi Gong practice, we invite you on a unique Journey through the Five Portals. In this special edition of the Mandali Experience, we are joined by Elena Teixidor, who will be facilitating five days of immersive sessions, guiding us through the sacred cycles of life. Each day, we’ll explore one of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—as portals into different dimensions of our being. Through movement, ritual, sound healing, ceremonies, and deep listening, this retreat offers a sensorial journey into presence, transformation, and renewal.
This is a playful, heart-warming experience, where you can design the journey that best serves you, participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish.
You will also have free time where you can enjoy our body-care center and get a healing massage, spend some quiet time in the sauna, or take a lovely stroll on the mountain. And perhaps most importantly, take some time to rediscover what’s truly important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.
THE FIVE PORTALS: ELEMENTAL JOURNEY THROUGH THE CYCLES OF LIFE
Each of the five elements acts as a portal into different dimensions of our being. This retreat is a sensorial immersion into presence, transformation, and renewal, guided by the natural cycles of life. Through movement, ritual, sound, and deep listening, we will awaken our connection to the rhythms of nature and our own inner landscape.
Each day, we will journey through one of the five elements, unlocking its wisdom and allowing it to guide us through different layers of self-discovery:
DAY 1 ~ EARTH ELEMENT. Birth & Renewal
Grounding into stability, nourishment, and creation. Reconnecting with the Earth’s pulse through movement, rhythm, and sound to anchor and revitalize our energy.
DAY 2 ~ WATER ELEMENT. Growth & Flow
Embracing adaptability, emotional depth, and transformation. Through voice, movement, and intention, we will work with the vibrational power of water as a carrier of healing and renewal.
DAY 3 ~ FIRE ELEMENT. Transformation & Power
Igniting passion, willpower, and inner alchemy. A journey of shedding, releasing, and embracing mid-life as a catalyst for deep personal transformation. Evening Fire Ceremony: A ritual of release and new beginnings.
DAY 4 ~ AIR ELEMENT. Reflection & Heart Wisdom
Expanding into clarity, breath, and freedom. A space for deep listening, heart-opening, and emotional release through Ho’oponopono chanting and a cacao ceremony.
DAY 5 ~ ETHER ELEMENT. Returning Home
Entering the vastness of space and silence, integrating the journey through the Chakras, and reconnecting with the source of our being. Afternoon Voice Activation Workshop: Unlocking the power of sound to express our true essence.
This retreat is an invitation to step into life’s natural cycles with awareness, grace, and deep connection.
