Prema is a licensed somatic psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals on their path to authenticity and trauma healing. An expert in somatic trauma therapy, she integrates modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Humanistic Psychology, Bioenergetics, inner parts work, neurobiology, and mind-body practices from various wisdom traditions. Prema also serves as a faculty member for BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute and is a leader of the transformation process Path of Love.

Her passion is empowering people to feel at home in their bodies and take charge of their well-being. Prema’s personal journey began as a teenager, when she immersed herself in Tibetan Buddhism and earth-based traditions. This inner exploration took her from the jungles of Peru to the ashrams of India, where she studied under spiritual teachers, learning practices focused on consciousness and self-realization. These experiences inform her holistic approach to healing, which addresses emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Prema earned her first Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine, specializing in chronic illness and mental health. During this time, she developed a deep ability to listen to the body’s stories, offering insights into how trauma is held and how healing unfolds. She later earned a second Master’s in Psychotherapy and Spirituality, expanding her work to include psychosomatic modalities and cutting-edge therapeutic approaches.
