Catalina Göerke is a psychotherapist, life coach specializing in Cognitive Neuroplasticity, and meditation teacher. For the past 20 years, she has walked a path of profound transformation, guided by her connection with Silence. Her quest led her to India, where she became a disciple of the Dalai Lama. From that experience, she developed the Therapy of Silence: an approach that integrates meditation, neuroscience, and psychotherapy tools to help individuals reconnect with their authenticity, discover their purpose, and experience happiness from within.
Through her methodology, Catalina supports individuals in experiencing healing, understanding, and acceptance of trauma. From there, she guides a process of releasing the suffering-based identity and opens the way to a new concept—a redesign of one’s life founded on wholeness and self-compassion.
Building on this methodology, she founded the NeuroSilence Therapeutic Training School, through which the Therapy of Silence is shared with the world as a practice of profound healing, compassion, and contemplation.
