About the retreat

What if the most liberating thing you could do – right now, in this body, in this life – was to fully, joyfully, unapologetically arrive in yourself? Not the self you are working toward, or the one you think you should be by now. The original, essential, wonderfully specific you. This retreat is a celebration of that.

There is something deeply delicious about finally understanding your own nature – not as a limitation, but as a one-of-a-kind design. The way a sensitive person who has been pushing themselves to be driven and ambitious finally exhales. The way someone who has always been told they are too much suddenly feels the rightness of their own energy. This is the kind of recognition this retreat offers: full-bodied, warm, and often wildly funny in a group of people who are all discovering the same thing about themselves, and their relationship with others close to them.

The Seven Types System

Most of us carry a low hum of conditioning that pulls us away from our natural grain – trying to be more productive, more driven, more calm, more social, more focused than we simply are. This retreat gently peels back that noise. Rooted in decades of observation, semiology and the relationship between body, hormones and human behaviour, the Seven Types framework of the Heptagram maps seven distinct human types –  each with its own biology, its own rhythms, its own genius. It is not about personality or behaviour. It goes deeper: into the hormonal and physical makeup we are born with, the traits that were already there before life started shaping us.

The framework is brought to life in rich, playful, interactive sessions by Sevanti, who has studied this system directly from its originating teacher in Mexico. Her sessions are joyful and disarming — think less lecture hall, more collective revelation. Through presentations, self-inquiry, and group exploration, you will begin to locate yourself in this map. And just as meaningfully, you will begin to recognise the people in your life –  a colleague, a partner, a parent – with fresh eyes and far less friction.

Every morning, Silvia guides you into your body through yoga –  each session inspired by one of the seven types, a physical way to feel yourself from the inside out, to inhabit your own shape with pleasure rather than effort. Yoran’s breathwork journeys, woven through with beautiful music, offer a different kind of release: a chance to let go of stagnant energies, old emotions and narratives that have been riding along with you, and drop into the body you are already living in.

This retreat is facilitated by Sevanti Martìnez, Yoran Hensel & Silvia Eriksson, and will be held in English
