Alister Gray is a spiritual teacher, guide, mentor, and yogi. He's also a life coach to some of the world’s leading brands and organisations, executives, and creatives. His mission in life is to awaken more love in our world by guiding people to realise their true nature, to open their hearts, and to experience more love, peace, bliss, joy, compassion, and connection. Alister, alongside his wife Ilaria, leads the ‘We Are Love’ retreat at Mandali, an exploration of the Self that invites participants to explore the 8 Stages of Awakening Love: a deep process of self-enquiry through meditation, journaling, body awareness exercises, and breathwork.
Ilaria Nardini-Gray, is a holistic life coach and mentor, who works with youth empowerment charities and projects, supporting their young people to realise more of their potential and to thrive in life despite their environment or set of circumstances.
For the We Are Love retreat, Alister and Ilaria partner with 20/20 Levels, a London based charity who empower Black and racially underrepresented young people to realise their potential and maximise opportunities in business and life. Each year, 15 young people from the 20/20 alumni will visit Mandali to experience this life-changing, 6-day retreat.
Alister and Ilaria live in the UK with their beloved daughter Rumi, and their dog Willow.
