For more than twenty years, Maurits has tended the fire of the Lakota sweatlodge — a place where prayer meets earth, and silence becomes song. Guided by ancestral wisdom and systemic awareness, his work invites people to return home to themselves, to Spirit, and to the web of life that holds us all.
In ceremony, Maurits creates spaces where truth can breathe and the heart can remember. His way is grounded, humble, and deeply relational — honouring both the old ways and the human stories of today. Through sweatlodges, retreats, and systemic constellations, he supports the movement of life toward balance and belonging.
Rooted in gratitude and devotion, Maurits walks the path of service — helping others to reconcile what is broken, release what is finished, and remember what is sacred.
