The Mandali Immersion is our new seasonal signature in-house retreat programme for those who are seeking a profound, transformative dive into their inner world.
This retreat is designed to anchor you deeply within your Hara, the powerful belly center that serves as the core of your being. We will offer you practices to reconnect with your innate intuition, nature, and rediscover the authentic essence of living from the heart. There will ample time to immerse yourself in the serene embrace of nature's beauty and to let the Earth's grounding energy envelop you, offering nourishment and strength as you prepare for the introspective season of winter.
The Mandali Immersion is tailored for those who already have experience with being on a retreat, or if you feel you are ready for a deepening of your spiritual practice. This retreat will be entirely in silence. Because of its immersive nature it is suggested you attend all program sessions, including the Sharing Circle at the end. To ensure an intimate retreat experience the number of participants is limited to 35.
Expertly designed by our teachers, this programme offers a combination of:
- Daily guided and silent meditations
- Daily Insight Yoga and conscious movement
- Dharma teachings about, and reflection on, loving kindness and compassion
- Practices to reconnect with your intuition and innate creativity
- Six days of silence
- Daily guided sessions in nature, connecting with the Earth
- Access to a beautiful nourishing Body Care Center (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath)
- Delicious vegetarian meals
The Mandali Immersion will be guided by experienced Mandali teachers:
Nishta Matarese will offer Dharma teachings on loving kindness and compassion, conscious movement and creative arts sessions.
Marije Paternotte will offer Insight Yoga and practices to ground in the Hara and reconnect with your intuition.
Evangelos Diavolitsis will offer meditation and self-inquiry practices.
