YogaMandali Experience Teacher
Bio
Erinbell’s teaching is one of inclusiveness and compassionate acceptance. Mindfulness and self-inquiry are the base of her teaching as are laughter and openness. She encourages her students to be brave and feel for themselves what’s going on and to meet what’s there with tenderness and kindness.

Vancouver-born Erinbell has been teaching yoga internationally since 2007. After completing her first (Yoga Alliance) yoga teacher training with Dave Curtis in Cork, Ireland, she taught yoga retreats on Gozo, Malta for two years. Then she moved to Berlin, her current home, where she teaches weekly classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats. Since 2010, she has been training with Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers intensively. In 2016, she became an Insight Yoga Institute Endorsed Teacher and Mentor. She is also a E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher.

Erinbell teaches yoga with a functional approach, honouring our diverse individual anatomical variations. She takes into account the abilities and levels of her students and aims to create classes that both support and challenge them. There is a lot of curiosity and play in her classes.

Erinbell encourages her students to connect with the moment at hand. Yoga class is a time to feel into what is happening in each moment (physically, emotionally, and mentally) and to be with it in a non-judging, mindful way. The postures support us through building strength, increasing flexibility, and harvesting energy. We then take these gathered skills off the mat and meet our daily challenges and joys with more kindness, courage, and clarity.

Credentials: E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher, Insight Yoga Institute Endorsed Teacher and Mentor.
