Bio
Erinbell is a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher whose work is rooted in inclusivity, mindful presence, and compassionate self-inquiry. With over 15 years of international teaching experience, she offers a unique integration of Insight Yoga, Buddhist philosophy, and modern psychology. Erinbell teaches yoga with a functional approach—honouring the infinite diversity of our anatomical and psychological makeup. Rather than aiming for aesthetic ideals, she supports students in discovering how each posture can serve their unique body and experience, making the practice safe, liberating, and nourishing for everyone. She is an endorsed teacher with the Insight Yoga Institute, a certified E-RYT 500 instructor, and trained in both Mindfulness Meditation and Internal Family Systems. Her classes are a space of playful exploration—inviting students to attune to their own experience with tenderness, curiosity, and courage. Whether through stillness or movement, she guides others to reconnect with their innate wisdom and navigate life’s joys and challenges with greater clarity and heart.
