Relax and recharge through yogic wisdom and practices, silence and oneness

A unique opportunity to experience yoga and meditation through concrete and beneficial practices to take care of body, mind and the whole being in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Seven days to cleanse and purify the whole being, take a transformative deep dive by connecting to yourself, breathing deeply and fully, soaking in nature and community while enjoying a feast-like variety of nutritious and delicious food that are nurturing for body, mind and soul.

During the week we will spend 4 days in deep silence.
SILENCE COMBINED WITH DEEP AND LONG MEDITATION HELPS PURIFYING THE SUBTLE EXISTENCE OF YOUR BEING AND REJUVANATING THE INNER CALMNESS, PEACE AND STRENGHT.

What you will learn in this retreat:

  • A week to take care of your whole being, and make the mind simple, stable and strong. It is much easier for a mind to feel freedom and sustain joy when it is simple and strong
  • Two daily exercise and breathing practice routines, for morning and evening practice, for the well-being of the body, mind, and Soul.
  • Experience the beauty, depth and power of correct practice of asana, breathing and meditation with the unique practice of SOM Sadhana.
  • Skills for fulfilling your worldly ambitions and responsibilities and growing spiritually concurrently.
  • Be with seekers with similar interests. Increased bonding increases oneness with yourself.
  • A mantra-based meditation that can be practiced just for 5 minutes for relaxing and energizing benefits or for longer periods for your spiritual growth and well-being.
  • Expand your mind and heart by hearing ancient stories and wisdom.
  • Spend time in a unique place, a "pole of light" and natural beauty with all the comforts to regenerate body, mind and soul
  • Savour a variety of delicious vegetarian meals, cooked with care, taste and love

Some separate sessions will be held for ppl who are new to yoga and spirituality.

This Retreat will be held in English - Italian Translation available (to be booked at the moment of registration)

To experience the full benefits of this retreat your sincerity and attendance at all sessions is mandatory, unless for any special reasons that you are asked to share with the teacher.

To help in the cleansing we serve a complete vegetarian diet free of eggs, meat, fish, and alcohol.
During the week, it’s recommended to avoid caffeine consumption or keep it to minimum.
