    To fully benefit from this retreat, attendance at all sessions is essential. Please inform the teacher of any special reasons for missing a session.
  • Dietary Guidelines
    The retreat offers a pure vegetarian diet free from eggs, meat, fish, and alcohol. To support the cleansing process, we recommend avoiding caffeine or keeping its consumption minimal.
